ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation options are now subject to availability. Please refer to the Congress website on the accommodation options, and if you would like to request a booking, please email the Congress Office.
Please note:
- A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking. Note your card will not be charged upon making a booking and will only be charged by the hotel.
- You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses directly with the hotel on your departure.
- If you wish to pre-pay your accommodation in advance by credit card or by EFT (upon receipt of an invoice from the hotel), please note this in your email.
- Please note the terms and conditions for cancellation (or reduction by one or more nights) or no-shows for each hotel when considering your options.
Change of booking
To make a subsequent change or to cancel your booking, notification via email must be made to the Congress Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted nor will the hotels accept any changes directly.

Terms and Conditions
Voluntary Cancellation
- Should you decide to cancel your registration, the following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:
- On or before Friday 1 March 2024: 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST.
- On or before Monday 29 March 2024: 75% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
- On or before Tuesday 30 April 2024: 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
- After Tuesday 30 April 2024: No refund available
Refunds will be returned by the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after Tuesday 30 April 2024, however an alternative delegate name may be provided by email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Please note no refund or discount will be made if a function or event inclusive within the registration fee is not taken up, or if you subsequently cancel your participation in that function or event.
Optional social event tickets may be cancelled on or before Tuesday 30 April 2024 and will be refunded in full by the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After Tuesday 30 April 2024 no refunds will be made, however an alternative delegate name may be provided by email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
If accommodation has been secured through the Conference website, please refer to the individual cancellation terms and conditions for each individual hotel.
In the case of extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms and conditions may be considered by and at the discretion of the ASE and NZSE upon application.
If the conference converts to a hybrid format in-person to virtual or virtual to in-person registrations, may be permitted and will be processed on a case-by-case basis following application to the Conference office.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
ASE and NZSE may cancel or postpone the Conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes or industrial action, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location for the Conference.
In the event the Conference is not able to proceed as planned, and is moved to a virtual format, your registration will be transferred to a virtual registration. If you choose not to attend the virtual Conference, ASE and NZSE will not be required to refund any part of the Conference registration fee.
In the event of postponement of the Conference, if, when requested, you advise that you are willing to attend the rescheduled Conference, ASE and NZSE will transfer the registration and guarantee the same conditions and equivalent registration entitlements (subject to reasonable modification and availability) at the rescheduled event. If, at a later date, you then choose not to attend the rescheduled Conference, the ASE and NZSE will not be required to refund any part of the Conference registration fee.
In the event of a full cancellation of the Conference by the ASE and NZSE, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount of the Conference registration fee received.
The maximum liability of the ASE and NZSE under these Terms and Conditions is limited to a refund of the Conference registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other associated costs.
Delegate cancellation – Medical
The health and safety of Conference attendees is our highest priority. ASE and NZSE are mindful of the health risks posed by COVID-19, and the importance of following official medical advice with respect to social distancing, practicing good hygiene and staying at home when unwell. ASE and NZSE request that any delegate who is feeling unwell or has cold or flu like symptoms, or who may have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, not attend the Conference.
If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Conference, you must cancel your in-person attendance in writing by email to tteconference@wsm.com.au. A virtual registration will then be offered, with any difference in price refunded. A full refund may be provided at the discretion of the ASE and NZSE, however you may be asked to provide additional details.
Insurance
Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. ASE and NZSE and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
Disclaimer
By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at the TTEC 2024 Conference your image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the Convention, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the TTEC 2024 Conference Committee. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the TTEC 2024 Conference Office.

- Online registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or via electronic funds transfer.
- Please note if a registration is made less than 30 days prior to the event, Tuesday 30 April 2024 credit card is the only payment option available.
- Participation is not confirmed until full payment is received.
- Please note ‘WALDRONSMITH Management’ will appear on your credit card transaction statement.
All payments are to be made in Australian dollars and must include any relevant bank fees/International transfer fees.
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are the only accepted cards for the TTEC 2024 Conference.
