CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation must be advised via email to the Conference Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
Should you decide to cancel your registration; the following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:
On or before 28 February 2022, 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before 4 April 2022, 75% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before 2 May 2022, 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
After 2 May 2022, No refund is available
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after Monday 2 May 2022, however an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Please note no refund or discount will be made if a function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
Optional functions or events may be cancelled before or on Monday 18 April 2022, and will be refunded in full via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After 18 April 2022, no refunds will be made however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
Where there is extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
The hotel imposes a strict cancellation policy and may charge a 100% cancellation fee within 30 days. Please refer to the hotel cancellation policy on the accommodation page of this website. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Conference Office.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
TTEC may cancel or postpone the Conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes or industrial action, fire, explosion, inevitable accident, breakdown of property, changes in law, or pandemics or global health crises. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location for the Conference.
In the event the Conference is not able to proceed as planned, and is moved to a virtual format only, your registration will be transferred to a virtual registration. If you choose not to attend the virtual Conference, TTEC will not be required to refund any part of the Conference registration fee.
In the event of postponement of the Conference, if, when requested, you advise that you are willing to attend the rescheduled Conference, TTEC will transfer the registration and guarantee the same conditions and equivalent registration entitlements (subject to reasonable modification and availability) at the rescheduled event. If, at a later date, you then choose not to attend the rescheduled Conference, the TTEC will not be required to refund any part of the Conference registration fee.
In the event of a full cancellation of the Conference by TTEC, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount of the Conference registration fee received.
The maximum liability of the TTEC under these Terms and Conditions is limited to a refund of the Conference registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other associated costs.
Delegate Cancellation – Medical
The health and safety of Conference attendees is our highest priority. TTEC is mindful of the health risks posed by COVID-19, and the importance of following official medical advice with respect to social distancing, practicing good hygiene and staying at home when unwell. TTEC requests that any delegate who is feeling unwell or has cold or flu like symptoms, or who may have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, not attend the Conference.
If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Conference, you must cancel your in-person attendance in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A full refund may be provided at the discretion of the TTEC, however you may be asked to provide additional details.
All participants at the Conference will be required to comply with the COVID Safety Guidelines and protocols in place at Conference venues. The Conference will be aligned and compliant with all relevant Federal and State Government health advice at that time. By registering for this event, the TTEC reserves the right to provide your contact details to authorities for the purposes of contact tracing and any other relevant Government requirements.

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
All Conference registration fees, social function tickets and Pre-Conference Workshop tickets are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Please note during the TTEC 2022 Conference, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the TTEC 2022 Conference, and may be distributed or published at the discretion of the TTEC 2022 Conference Organising Committee. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Conference Office.
