Registration

Registration for the Trans Tasman Endodontic Conference is now open. Below outlines the fee structure and entitlements of the Conference registration types.

Online Registration:

Online registration is the quickest, easiest and most cost effective method of registration. Payment can either be made at the time of registering by credit card or at a later date upon receipt of invoice by EFT, cheque or VISA, Mastercard or American Express.

Manual Registration:

If you do not wish to register online, you may complete a manual Registration Form that is available as a PDF download. Click here to download the Registration Form. Please note a Manual Registration Processing fee of AUD25.00 will apply. Payment may be made by credit card or cheque.

All participants are required to officially register. To obtain the EARLY rate, full payment of registration fees must be made by midnight 28 March 2012, thereafter the REGULAR rate will be applied.  From midnight 5 June 2012 the LATE registration fee will apply. Full payment of fees is required in order to attend the Conference. Payment can be made online at the time of registering, or at a later time upon receipt of invoice. A Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you upon completion of the online registration form. If you do not receive this within 3 days, contact the Conference Organisers to find out why.

Cancellation Policy on Registration

Registration cancellations received in writing at the Conference Secretariat by 18 May 2012 will be accepted. Registration fees will be refunded less an AUD$100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however it is acceptable to transfer your registration to another person. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance to the Conference.
